I think this resembles you a lot. Nice work with the crosshatching to build up depth in the drawing. I agree with your critique on the eyes. I also have a slight critique on their shape as well...one seems higher than the other and the pupils aren't even, but this isn't at all noticeable at first glance (and very few people have perfect facial symmetry). You definitely got your facial shape and mouth down, and I like some of the texture you placed in the hair.
